One of the things I love about Lou’s recipes is that they use fresh ingredients. If your mother or father made you a cake, for example, they probably used the best ingredients they had, so why change it? This is how food should be. I was pretty sure I’d have to do a little research before I could understand what Lou Genevrino was talking about, so I did just that. Lou Genevrino has a blog called The Kitchen of Lou Genevrino.

When I read Lous blogs, I find that they are usually very clear about what they do and don’t like. I think I read this recently, but I’m not sure what it was about. It’s more of a “what they’re saying” blog, so I’m not too sure how much more I need to read.

In a nutshell: Lou Genevrino is a vegetarian. I dont know what the rest of you guys think about this, but it seems to me like the person who is writing this blog was just saying that her/his/his vegeterianism is a very important part of their identity. As I read it, I kept thinking, I know I dont eat animals, so what am I saying by eating animals.

As I read the blog, I kept thinking, I know I dont eat animals, so what am I saying by eating animals. She is a vegan, but she doesnt seem to realize the implications of her statement. She could see that theres a lot of people who think that consuming animals is wrong, so she just wants to say that in order to be able to buy a certain product, she has to be more ethical than everyone else.

I think the main issue is that Lou is a bit of a hypocrite. She thinks she is better than everyone else, but she is just buying animals for their meat. That’s sort of like a vegan being better than a meat-eater, but I think the meat-eater just thinks, “I have to eat meat in order to be able to afford the expensive meat-eater.

However, this doesn’t really make sense, because if it’s wrong to consume animals, then it would be wrong for Lou to buy them and only consume them for their meat.
